What do Africans eat?

Africans generally eat the following foods:

1. Grains, fruits and meat are the main foods for Africans. African countries are not much different from us in food. Rice and corn are common staple foods, but Africa's agriculture is underdeveloped. Therefore, most poor people choose cassava as their staple food. Compared with rice and corn, cassava is more affordable and full.

2. Africans like to mix beef, mutton, potatoes and other ingredients with cassava flour. They can also use banana instead of cassava, mash it with tools, wrap it in leaves and steam it. The fruits in Africa mainly include oranges, watermelons, bananas, mangoes and pineapples. Most of the vegetables in Africa are cabbage, potatoes, tomatoes, onions and pumpkins. In addition, African seafood is also a very common and cheap food.
