People who have committed economic crimes can visit relatives in Australia many years ago.

The following five kinds of people cannot leave the country:

1 defendants in criminal cases and criminal suspects identified by public security organs or people's procuratorates or people's courts;

2. The people's court informs that there are unresolved civil cases that cannot leave the country;

(3) Being sentenced to a penalty and serving a sentence;

Being reeducated through labor;

5. The relevant authorities in the State Council believe that leaving the country will cause harm to national stability or cause great losses to national interests.
