What should we pay attention to in pre-immigration physical examination in the United States?

The physical examination of American immigrants must be carried out by doctors and hospitals authorized by the host country. Physical examination includes examination of the applicant's medical history, physical examination, chest X-ray and blood test. Physical examination should include the examination of eyes, ears, nose, throat, limbs, heart, lungs, abdomen, lymph nodes, skin and external genitalia. The authorized doctor will give the applicant a physical examination result, and the applicant needs to go to the consulate for an interview with the medical examination result, or send the medical examination result directly to the American embassy or consulate.

Contact the designated medical examination center to make an appointment for a medical examination, and explain that the purpose of the medical examination is to apply for an American immigrant visa, and the specific medical examination contents and medical examination fees will be given to you.

3. The whole family should have a physical examination, but/kloc-children under 0/5 don't need blood test and chest X-ray.

4. If the applicant has some records, please bring them to the physical examination center for the doctor's reference:

A) the applicant's vaccination record;

B) Previous chest X-ray examination report;

C) Original or photocopy of medical records;

D) Valid passport, ID card, pass, travel document or other identification documents.
