How to handle the notarization of kinship?

The process of notarization of kinship is as follows:

1. Prepare the ID card and a copy of the ID card of the applicant and his parents;

2. Prepare the applicant's own medical birth certificate;

3. Prepare a copy of the applicant's and parents' residence booklet and the page number of the residence booklet;

4. If the applicant and his/her parents are not in the same household registration book, the police station where his/her parents' household registration is located shall issue a certificate of the family relationship between the applicant and his/her parents;

5. Bring the above materials to the notary office where the applicant's parents account;

6. After submitting the materials to the notary office where the applicant's parents are registered, the staff of the notary office will issue you a certificate of kinship to prove the relationship between the applicant and his parents.
