After research by the Municipal Epidemic Prevention and Control Headquarters, it was decided to implement the award-winning reporting system for epidemic prevention and control in the whole city from 2002165438+February 23rd. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

First, the scope of reward for reporting

Concealing people who have lived in high-risk areas in China, lived abroad, have a medical history and have a close contact history within 28 days;

Persons who fail to report in time or implement isolation control measures are allowed to enter from domestic high-risk areas and overseas;

Relevant key personnel who did not strictly implement the control measures for home medical observation as required and went out for activities privately during home medical observation;

There is no fever clinic, and various medical institutions at all levels illegally accept fever patients.

Second, the way to report

If the above situation is found, the general public can truthfully report the name, identity information, detailed residential address, medical institution name and address to the county epidemic prevention and control headquarters by telephone according to the principle of territoriality.

Third, the reward standard

If the clues are verified, each clue will be rewarded with 500-5000 yuan. If the same clue is reported by more than one person, only the first informant will be rewarded. Incentive funds paid by the county people's government.

For those who fail to take the initiative to report people who have lived in high-risk areas or overseas, and those who accept and shelter the above-mentioned people without reporting, after verification, each clue will be rewarded with RMB 500 yuan.

Medical institutions that have not set up fever clinics report illegal reception of fever patients, and after verification, each clue will be rewarded with RMB 500 yuan.

Report the history of close contact with confirmed cases, asymptomatic infected persons and close contacts in COVID-19; Anyone who violates the relevant regulations, enters and exits public places, participates in gathering activities and endangers the safety of public places during the period of medical observation and health monitoring in home isolation, which is verified by verification, and each clue is rewarded with RMB 65,438+0,000-2,000.

Informants who provide important information to effectively prevent major risks in epidemic prevention and control and eliminate major hidden dangers will be rewarded with 2000-5000 yuan for each clue after verification.

If a fever patient reported or referred by a village clinic or an individual clinic is positive for nucleic acid detection, a reward of 5000 yuan will be given to the village clinic or individual clinic.

Four. Related requirements

The staff of the epidemic prevention and control headquarters at the county level who accept the report shall record the report information truthfully and in detail, and arrange the staff to conduct investigation and verification at the first time.

The county-level epidemic prevention and control headquarters shall keep the information of informants strictly confidential, and no unit or individual may disclose the personal information of informants.

Those who report maliciously, frame others and disrupt the order of epidemic prevention and control will be investigated for legal responsibility according to law.

After verification by the masses, centralized isolation, nucleic acid detection and other expenses shall be borne by themselves, and relevant legal responsibilities shall be investigated according to illegal acts.
