According to official website's inquiry to the Water Affairs Bureau, Zhong is responsible for the relocation of Dachuanbu Reservoir in Malutang Township, Luquan, Kunming, Yunnan. On the morning of February 17, Zhong, deputy head of Luquan County People's Government and director of Dachuanbu Reservoir Construction Administration, called relevant departments and township leaders to hold a coordination meeting of Dachuanbu Reservoir Resettlement Project at Dachuanbu Reservoir Construction Engineering Headquarters to ensure the smooth progress of reservoir project and social stability.
