3. If the relocated object uses the residential buildings and ancillary facilities to be reclaimed and the farmhouses with good quality declared for reclamation, or the "enclosed rooms" and "conjoined houses" that have been transformed from agriculture to cities but cannot be reclaimed, the per capita subsidy is 6000 yuan.

4. Per capita subsidy for resettlement outside the county 10000 yuan (the part beyond the subsidy standard in the city is solved by the county finance).

5. If the relocation object belongs to the D-level dilapidated house renovation and disaster avoidance relocation households, the target households shall choose the D-level dilapidated house renovation, disaster avoidance relocation subsidy policy or alpine ecological poverty alleviation relocation subsidy policy.
