Need to go to Spain to get a Spanish visa. What kinds of visas are there in Spain?
What are the visa types in Spain? One-time visa and short-term visa?
As long as you have a valid Spanish visa, you can enter Spain and stay there. However, short-term visas have a time limit and must leave the country before the visa expires. If you have a long-term visa, your stay is unlimited. Of course, there are more types of short-term visas and they are easier to obtain. Specific short-term visa types mainly include:
1. Spanish transit visa;
2. Spanish tourist/visitor visa;
3. Spanish business visa;
4. Spanish cultural visa.
This short-term visa only allows you to stay in Spain in the United States for no more than 90 days. If you want to stay, live and settle down for a long time, you need to apply for a long-term visa in Spain.
Second, the Spanish long-term visa
Spain's long-term residence visas mainly include student visas, work visas, gold visas, entrepreneur visas, working holiday visas, and non-profit residence permits. The most concerned are gold visas and non-profit residence permits, as follows:
1, golden visa
The Spanish Golden Visa, officially known as the Spanish Investor Visa, is a residence permit for non-EU citizens to make major investments in Spain. Specific application conditions include:
1) The application is full 18 years old;
2) Obtain valid health insurance in Spain;
3) Have sufficient financial ability to support themselves and any family members;
(4) Having no criminal record at the place of residence;
5) Not on the list of persona non grata in Spain;
6) No history of Schengen visa refusal;
7) Complete the investment requirements:
Invest at least 500,000 euros to buy real estate;
Investing at least 654.38 million euros in shares or deposits in Spanish banks;
Invest at least 2 million euros in Spanish public debt.
Gold visa has lower requirements for applicants, but higher requirements for funds, which is suitable for high-net-worth people.
2. Non-profit residence permit
Spanish non-profit visa is a residence permit to enter Spain without working, and it is classified as a long-term residence visa in Spain. The requirement for obtaining this visa is that you have enough financial ability to support yourself, rather than looking for a job in Spain.
The most important thing for non-profit organizations in Spain is to provide sufficient proof of income, which cannot come from work income in Spain. It is necessary to prove that the monthly income is at least about 2654.38+0.50 euros, and each additional supporter needs to increase the monthly income by 535 euros. The following documents can be used as proof of economic ability:
1) Bank statements for the last three months;
2) explain the salary and employment letter of the employer outside Spain;
3) proof of capital contribution;
4) Other types of proof of income, that is, proof of income of leased property.
It can be seen that there are many ways to immigrate to Spain. If you intend to live in Spain for a long time, you must apply for long-term visas, including gold visas and non-profit residence visas.
