Aids immigrated to the United States

On June 30, 2009, Obama announced at the White House that the United States would lift the 22-year ban on HIV carriers from June 30, 2009. Of course, this is a government regulation. Unlike Canada, the United States does not require you to have a physical examination before entering the country. No one checked from customs clearance to entry. But when I got to school, I didn't know if I was allowed to study. There is no precedent for my reference.
