What is the transnational executive immigration in the United States? How to deal with it?

American transnational executive immigrants are EB1C. You can purchase existing American companies through China's parent company and apply for EB- 1C multinational company managers to emigrate. This application requires that American companies have been operating for more than one year. The applicant can be a manager of China's parent company who has never been to the United States but has worked as a manager in China's parent company for at least one year in the past three years.

Application conditions of EB 1C:
