How to apply for a passport in Foshan

Residents with permanent residence in our city, overseas Chinese and compatriots in Taiwan Province Province in our city go abroad for private affairs.

Required materials

1. Fill in the application approval form;

2. Submit the original and photocopy of ID card, household registration book or other identity and household registration certificate;

3. Submit the certificate corresponding to the application;

4. Submit photos;

5. State functionaries registered for the record shall submit the opinions of their work units.
