If you are just traveling, you don't need a vaccination certificate.

Studying or immigrating in the United States generally requires a vaccination certificate.

Before going abroad, international students must apply for the International Travel Health Inspection Certificate and the International Vaccination Certificate at the local International Travel Health Care Center under the inspection and quarantine organ of China. When leaving the country, you must show your health certificate to the China inspection and quarantine organ before leaving the country.

Immunization program 1, basic program

Fill in the application form for health examination → enter personal information → review → pay fees → fill in the application form for vaccination → submit the application form for vaccination → carry out vaccination → receive the international vaccination certificate.

2. Preventive measures

(1) You should consult the local medical insurance center and arrange vaccination according to your personal situation.

② Inoculators should not be on an empty stomach on the same day, but don't eat irritating food and do strenuous activities. If you have fever symptoms, you should suspend vaccination.

(3) Fill in the vaccination application form truthfully and answer the questions of the vaccination doctor seriously, so that the doctor can screen the taboos and precautions before vaccination.

Introduction of related vaccines: 1, measles/mumps/rubella (MMR) vaccine.

Most universities require you to provide proof of immunization against measles, mumps and rubella. Note: MMR is an attenuated live vaccine, so people with immunodeficiency include those who are receiving immunosuppressive therapy, pregnant women, people with a history of MMR allergy, people who are allergic to eggs and people who are allergic to neomycin.

Diseases caused by pneumococcus include septicemia, pneumonia and meningitis.

3. Hepatitis B vaccine

There are about 200 million hepatitis B virus carriers in the world, and there are about 3 million hepatitis B patients every year. At least 1 10,000 people die of acute and chronic hepatitis, liver cirrhosis and liver cancer every year. People who live abroad for a long time, especially those who have close contact with local people, are at greater risk of being infected with hepatitis B virus. The dangerous ways for travelers to be infected with hepatitis B virus include: sexual contact, intravenous drug use, receiving medical intravenous drugs without ideal sterilization equipment, especially receiving blood transfusion after traffic accidents.

4. Tetanus-diphtheria vaccine

The initial seed of Td includes three injections: the interval between the first two injections is 4-8 weeks, and the third injection is 6- 12 months after the completion of the second injection. After the first inoculation 10 years, intensive dose injection (multiple inoculation) should be carried out.

Obtain the certificate "International Travel Vaccination Certificate" and issue it on the spot after vaccination to ensure that all vaccinations are recorded;
