Why did the United States establish a relatively democratic bourgeois political system in the 1878 Constitution?

The Boston Tea Party was the fuse of American independence. Lexington fired the first shot of independence. Therefore, American independence is based on extensive public opinion and is the expression of the people's true meaning, so it is called democracy.

But there is no constitution at this time. During 1786, the bourgeoisie made a fortune by war and plundered farmers' wealth with financial instruments. The people have had enough, so they rose up and rebelled. This is the famous Xiesi Uprising. After the war, the bourgeoisie realized that only its own class benefited, which was unstable and dangerous. Therefore, on the basis of extensive consideration of human rights, the constitution was formulated. Because democracy is forced to join by the situation, it is called a relatively democratic constitution.

Later, a large number of constitutional amendments were introduced, the most famous of which was the Bill of Rights. However, Marxism believes that the bourgeoisie has its historical limitations, so in any case, it is infinitely close to the truth, and it is impossible to get the truth, so it can only be more democratic.
