Second, the conditions for applying for issuance (1) Education: Bachelor degree or above, subject to the education declared when going through the import formalities; (2) Age: There is no age limit for fresh graduates and newly introduced returnees. Newly recruited on-the-job talents should meet the following age conditions: undergraduate under 30 years old, master under 35 years old and doctor under 40 years old. The above age condition is judged by the date of 65438+1 October1in the transfer-in year (that is, the date of 65438+February 3 1 in the year before introduction meets the age requirement). (3) Grant conditions: persons who have registered in this city, have not enjoyed the policy of purchasing houses, have not rented or been allowed to rent public rental houses with two-level rents in urban areas, and have not enjoyed the subsidy for renting talents. In addition to meeting the above conditions, it is also necessary to pay social insurance for three months after the introduction of our city. Remarks: 1. The purchase policies include: buying policy-oriented housing or enjoying housing subsidies and overseas high-level talent incentive subsidies. 2. If newly introduced talents are leased or allowed to rent public rental housing by key enterprises and institutions allocated by the unit, the talent apartments with the nature of affordable housing rented by Qianhai Administration shall be regarded as renting public rental housing. 3. The following situations are deemed to have enjoyed the rental subsidy: (1) The rental subsidy for leading talents has been received in accordance with the Measures for the Settlement of Talents in Shenzhen (Order No.273); (2) According to the Interim Measures of Shenzhen Municipality for the Settlement of Talents (OrderNo. 102 of Shenzhen Municipal People's Government). No.229th), has received the rental subsidy for junior high school talents and the rental subsidy for leading talents; (3) according to the "Shenzhen high-level professional housing solutions (Trial)" (Shenfu [2008] No.204), receive high-level talent rental subsidies and housing discount; (4) after receiving the rental subsidy for newly introduced talents, they are transferred from this city and re-introduced; (five) others have enjoyed the rental subsidy. Import approval document The import approval document refers to the letter of introduction of college graduates, the administrative letter of introduction of personnel registration of returnees and the notice of on-the-job talent recruitment and transfer issued by the human resources department. The time of talent introduction (transfer year) shall be based on the time when the approval document for introduction is issued. Four. Time limit for application The application for rental subsidy for newly introduced talents shall be filed within one year from the date of issuance of the approval document for introduction. Failure to apply within the prescribed time limit shall be deemed as automatic waiver of application qualification. Five, the subsidy standard undergraduate 6000 yuan/person; Master 9000 yuan/person; Doctor 12000 yuan/person. The rental subsidy will be paid in two phases, with 50% paid each time. 6. Personal or financial social security cards can be used for the first rental subsidy account; The renewal must use the financial social security card. After the personnel list is published, the newly launched talent rental subsidy system will automatically obtain the account information of the applicant's financial social security card. If the applicant fails to apply for and activate the financial social security card in time, the system will recover the financial social security card in the next issuance cycle before issuing subsidies.
