How does the urban living environment in Peru and Ecuador, two Spanish-speaking countries, compare with that in China? Which one is better for Spanish learners if they choose between these two countries? I personally prefer Peru in terms of living conditions and college qualifications.

some places in Ecuador are really unsafe, but after all, they are all in Latin America, and they have similarities.

I prefer Peru, because I like the beauty and food culture of Lima, Peru more than the beauty and cosmetic culture of Quito or Guayaquil, Ecuador.

As far as schools are concerned, as far as I know, the Western Language Department of Beijing Second Foreign Language School has always had an exchange program with a university in Peru, which, I think, shows Peru's advantages more or less.
