The annual average rainfall in the basin is 450mm, the annual average water surface evaporation is about 1000mm, the annual average runoff is 67 million cubic meters, the annual average sediment discharge is1290,000 t, and the historical maximum inflow peak flow is 96 1 m3 /s, which occurred in July 19.

3. Emergency spillway: The emergency spillway is an open overflow weir, which is located on the sandy cobble ancient river channel about 1000m from the right bank dam. The maximum discharge capacity of spillway is 293m3/s, and the maximum discharge capacity of emergency spillway is 1.250 m3/s, with the crest superelevation of 0.35m and the crest width of 30m.

4. Exit tunnel: The exit tunnel of Yunzhou Reservoir includes flood discharge tunnel and power generation and water conveyance tunnel. The spillway tunnel is a circular tunnel with pressure, with a diameter of 8m, a maximum flow of 890m3/s and two 4x8m2 gates. The irrigation tunnel is a circular pressure tunnel with a diameter of 3 meters and a maximum flow of 75 cubic meters per second. The gate is a flat door, and the section size of the entrance door is 3×2.5 square meters, 1 door; There are 1 exit doors with a cross section of 2X2.5 square meters. A bifurcated tunnel with a diameter of 1.8m is set at the exit. The maximum flow rate is 6 cubic meters per second.

5. Hydropower Station: The power station is located on the right side behind the dam, near the foot of the dam, with an installed capacity of 3×400KW.

6. Reservoir inundation treatment: the land acquisition elevation of Yunzhou Reservoir is 1, 046,5438+0.2m, the flooded farmland is 3,633 mu, the resettlement elevation is 1042m, and the resettlement population is 1, 2 1.5.
