Water source sanitation protection zones shall be protected by water source management institutions. No unit or individual may move or damage the water source sanitation protection signs without authorization. Article 16 Urban water supply pipelines must be cleaned once every five years. The newly-built or rebuilt water supply pipeline project must keep running records, fill in various inspection items and file them.
Blind ends of water supply pipes and fire hydrants should be drained regularly; Inspection wells should be sealed, and sewage and dirt should not be accumulated in the wells. Article 18 If users need to set up new secondary pressurized water tanks or pressurized equipment and toilet water tanks, they must register with the local construction administrative department in advance, and after examination and approval, select equipment and appliances according to the models recommended by the provincial construction administrative department; After the installation is completed, it must be accepted by the original examination organ, and it can be used only after it has passed the acceptance and obtained the use certificate. Otherwise, the water supply unit will not supply water.
The provincial construction administrative department shall regularly publish the recommended product model catalogue to the public. Nineteenth secondary pressurized water tanks and pools must be lined, cleaned once every six months, and accepted by the construction administrative department; Only after passing the acceptance test can it be used continuously. Chapter IV Management of Water Quality Testing of Water Supply Article 20 Water supply units shall set up water quality testing institutions according to the types of water supply, equipped with corresponding testing personnel and necessary instruments and equipment. Twenty-first water quality testing institutions of water supply units must conduct water quality testing at fixed points, at fixed times and in fixed projects.
The specific provisions of water quality testing shall be formulated by the provincial construction administrative department. Twenty-second urban residents' secondary pressurized centralized water supply units, self-provided water source units, secondary pressurized water tanks and pools shall carry out water quality testing in accordance with regulations. Twenty-third water quality testing and analysis should do a good job of testing and calculation records, establish and improve the water quality testing files. Twenty-fourth water quality inspection personnel must carry out inspection in accordance with the operating rules, truthfully fill in the inspection data, and shall not falsify the data. Article 25 Water supply units shall submit the qualified rate, over-standard value and detection value of water quality projects to the local construction administrative department every month, and send a copy to the health administrative department at the same level; Report to the provincial construction administrative department once every quarter, and send a copy to the provincial health administrative department. Twenty-sixth provincial construction administrative departments responsible for the province's water supply water quality inspection personnel training, assessment and certification; Water quality inspection personnel assessment once every two years.
Water quality testing personnel can only engage in water quality testing after passing the examination and obtaining the post certificate issued by the provincial construction administrative department.
