Remember to take the physical examination form with you

If LCU believes that the applicant’s physical examination results require further examination and confirmation, there are usually two methods:

One is to issue a A second physical examination notice requires the applicant to go to the hospital where the first physical examination was performed for further examination, and then the doctor will send the results directly to LCU. Remember to apply within the specified time and not to change hospitals. The processing time will be further lengthened, which may delay the scheduled start of school and require an extension;

The second is to issue a Form 815 - Overseas Physical Examination Form, requiring the applicant to comply with the regulations after entering Australia. Go to the designated location for a physical examination within the time limit. This 815 form needs to be filled out by the applicant, signed and returned to the visa officer. Don’t forget to take this 815 form to Australia after getting the visa.
