When was Zhangkeng Reservoir built in Ji 'an County?
Zhangkeng Reservoir is located in the upper reaches of Meihua River, a secondary tributary of Ganjiang River, with a rainfall collection area of 35 square kilometers and a total storage capacity of 13.75 million cubic meters, which has comprehensive benefits such as irrigation, power generation (under construction), flood control and fish farming. The reservoir was built in 1958 and built on a small scale in the winter of 1959.
