Information required for mainland witness outlets to apply for "Hong Kong One Card":

① The applicant must be at least 18 years old;

(2) the applicant is limited to mainland residents; Shall not be entrusted by others.

(3) The applicant has opened a smart card in China Merchants Bank's mainland branch in advance and its total assets have reached RMB 50,000; (Note: This business is ultimately subject to the audit results of the staff of the mainland witness outlets. It is recommended that customers check with the witness outlets in advance whether they meet the handling requirements. )

(4) The applicant must provide the following original identification documents (both the Hong Kong account opening certificate and the Mainland reference certificate must be provided, and the certificate must be within the validity period and the remaining validity period must be greater than half a year):

Certificate of account opening in Hong Kong: Mainland residents' travel permit to and from Hong Kong and Macao/China passport/Hong Kong identity card.

Mainland reference certificate: mainland resident ID card/military officer's card/police officer's card.

(5) Address certificates that meet the requirements must be provided:

A the address of the recipient of the address certificate is the residential address, not the company address;

B the name of the recipient of the address certificate is the same as the name of the account opening certificate;

C the date of issuance of the address certificate shall be within three months;

D. It is recommended to use utility bills (such as water, electricity and gas bills) and monthly statements of bank accounts (credit cards and debit cards);
