Wuqiao Junior High School in Wanzhou District of Chongqing is near the south bank of Wanzhou Yangtze River Bridge. Founded in 1966, formerly known as Wuqiao Junior High School in Wanxian City, Sichuan Province, it covers an area of18000m2. It is the only public independent junior middle school in Baian Immigrant New Town, Wanzhou District. There are 24 teaching classes, with nearly 1.5 million students, nearly 1.5 million teachers, 32 backbone teachers at all levels, 4 senior teachers 1.4 and 57 first-class middle school teachers, ranking first in Wanzhou district.
