Where does Little Luo Zhuang Village belong?

Little Luo Zhuang Village is located 6 kilometers north of Laicheng. It is adjacent to Laicheng Power Plant in the south, Luo Zhuang Village and Shangjiaquan Village in the east, Dongwangshan Village and Guanjiahe Village in the north, and the upper reaches of Sima River in the west.
