The geographical environment of Yongquan town

Yongquan has a unique natural environment and obvious location advantages. The resident of the town government is 26 kilometers away from Linhai City and 7 kilometers away from Taizhou Municipal Government and haimen port. The unique geographical features form a back mountain, a surface river and a belly plain, which is the most suitable place for the population to live. The town is surrounded by mountains on three sides, with rolling hills like Tongzhi Mountain, Jiuzhi Mountain and Wang Haijian Mountain and lush trees. Rivers in the southern plain are interwoven into a net, and Lingjiang and Provincial Highway 83 pass through the town like two "colorful exercises". Land and water transportation go hand in hand, and goods transportation is convenient. Lingjiang River is the main waterway, and there are five-person ferry terminals and 1 large passenger and cargo ship terminals along the river, which can dock 10,000-ton ships in flowing water and go out to sea via Taizhou Bay. Provincial Highway 83, a land trunk line, connects all Tongcun highways, and Dong Jian Line of Jintai Expressway, Yongtaiwen Railway and Yongtaiwen Expressway pass through the town. It has basically formed a characteristic agriculture dominated by citrus, a modern industry dominated by shipbuilding, medicine and machinery manufacturing, and an emerging tourism industry dominated by eco-tourism.
