The North Ruhe River, which originates from Baiyun Mountain in Song County, flows through Ruyang, Ruzhou and other places, and flows into Liushaying River, the first tributary of Huaihe River in Xiangcheng, Xuchang, with a total length of 250 kilometers. Once upon a time, the flooding of the Ruhe River in the north was a big worry for Ruyang people. The river swelled, and thousands of acres of farmland along the coast suddenly became Wang Yang. According to the relevant person in charge of the Municipal Water Affairs Bureau, in order to control floods, the Qianping Reservoir construction project planned on the Beiru River was listed as a national key water conservancy project in the early 1950s, but it has never been put into practice. From June 5, 2006 to 10, our city started the investigation of Qianping Reservoir and the preparation of project proposal. After repeated survey, demonstration and evaluation, Qianping Reservoir was finally approved for construction, which is the fifth large reservoir in our city after Luhun Reservoir, Guxian Reservoir, Xiaolangdi Reservoir and Xixiayuan Reservoir. The dam site of Qianping Reservoir is located 9 kilometers southwest of Ruyang County, with a controlled drainage area of 1.325 square kilometers and a total storage capacity of 595,438+0 billion cubic meters. The reservoir hub building consists of main dam, auxiliary dam, spillway, spillway tunnel and power station. It is a large reservoir mainly for flood control, with irrigation, water supply and power generation at the same time, with a total investment of 3,349.08 million yuan. So, what role will Qianping Reservoir play after its completion? What benefits will it bring to nearby residents? According to the person in charge, the reservoir will mainly have functions such as flood control, irrigation, water supply and power generation. , the formation of Gaoxia Pinghu has become another tourist highlight of Funiu Mountain in western Henan. ■ After the flood control of Qianping Reservoir is completed, the flood control standard of Beiru River will be raised from the current 10 once every 20 years. Combined with the existing reservoirs such as Zhaopingtai, Baiguishan, Gushitan and Yanshan, the flood control standard of Shaying River will be raised from the current 10 once every 50 years, effectively protecting the downstream Erguang Expressway and Luoning Expressway. ■ Irrigation can develop 430,000 mu of irrigation areas, mainly including Luoyang Ruyang, Pingdingshan Ruzhou and Baofeng. ■ The water supply of Beiru River originates from Baiyun Mountain in Song County, and there are no factories, mines and towns in the upper reaches, so the water quality is good. After the completion of Qianping Reservoir, the river water of Beiruhe River will benefit the residents of Ruyang County, Xiaodian Town and Shangdian Town, with an estimated annual water supply of 76.36 million cubic meters. ■ The total installed capacity is 3 ***6 MW, and the estimated annual power generation is19.26 million kWh. The person in charge said that in the next step, the city will carry out the bidding for reservoir engineering design and the exploration of cultural relics in the reservoir area. In the afternoon, experts from provincial and municipal design units were invited to explain the contents, scope, methods, form filling and graphic drawing of the survey. The next morning, all the investigators conducted pilot training in Zizhuang Natural Village, Liupo Village, Shibapan Township. Yang Jinping, chief engineer of the Provincial Design Institute, explained the investigative steps and the investigation sequence, and conducted an investigation on four rural families according to the demonstration. Through on-the-spot answers and demonstrations, the survey standards were further standardized and the survey scale was unified.

On the afternoon of September 20th, the physical examination in Ruyang County was in full swing. Each investigation team consists of five people, with provincial design institutes 1 technician as the team leader, municipal design institutes with two members, county-level personnel 1 person and township personnel 1 person. Division of work: the captain of the provincial team is responsible for taking photos and filling out the form; City Design Institute is responsible for measuring the housing area and counting indoor fixed property; County and township staff are responsible for coordination and cooperation; Village Committee cadres are responsible for attracting households to people.

The working steps of the investigation team are: after entering the village, first arrange the number of households for the masses, take photos of the heads of households, and then take photos of the facilities in the hospital one by one. The second step is to fill in the information of the householder according to the household registration book, land certificate and other documents. The third step is to check the facilities in the hospital, including the size of the house, pigsty, chicken coop, etc. Step four, ask and fill in the information such as the number of graves, and then compile the household structure map after completing all the forms. Step 5, explain the contents and results of the investigation to the head of household, and the head of household will sign and press the fingerprint after confirmation. Step 6, the on-site investigators sign.

With the joint efforts of provincial, municipal, county, township and village 120 investigators, the investigation is progressing smoothly. As of June 7th 10, 2,303 households have been registered in * * *, the population and housing registration in Shangdian and Bai Shu townships has been completed, and the survey and registration in Shipan Township is still in progress.
