Concrete pouring for the first warehouse started on July 15, 2010. On August 18, 2010, the concrete pouring of the first warehouse of the II standard of the Jialing River Tingzikou Conservancy Dam constructed by the Third Hydropower Corps of the Armed Police was completed, marking that the construction of the Tingzikou Conservancy Project has entered the concrete pouring stage of the main project.

On February 17, 2012, the diversion open channel was temporarily closed and the bottom hole was passed. On May 6, 2012, the installation room was successfully capped. On August 25, 2012, the power station construction entered the electromechanical installation stage. In 2012 At the end of December, the third phase of traffic closure was achieved.

In 2013, the image of the first-line civil engineering project of the dam met the design standards for preventing a once-in-a-century flood. The project successfully completed the construction tasks of the lower sluice water storage stage and passed national acceptance. The sluice was lowered on June 18, 2013. water storage.

On August 9, 2013, the first unit of the Tingzikou Hydraulic Hub successfully completed a 72-hour trial operation and began to be connected to the grid for power generation, setting a domestic record for the fastest time for the same type of unit from flushing to successful trial operation. , about five months ahead of the planned construction period approved by the state, the "pavilion dream" that has been dreaming of the people in the old areas of northeastern Sichuan for more than half a century has finally come true. At 11:23 on August 21, the power generation of the first unit exceeded 100 million kilowatt hours. On the 29th of that month, Unit 2 of the Tingzikou Conservancy Hub was successfully connected to the grid to generate electricity, achieving "double operation in one month." At present, the safety, quality, cost, and progress of the project are controllable and under control. No major social impact incidents have occurred, and the project construction is harmonious and orderly.

At 0:00 on May 1, 2014, the last unit (Unit 4) of the Jialing River Tingzikou Conservancy Project successfully passed the 72-hour trial operation, 4 months ahead of schedule Put into operation to generate electricity.

On July 22, 2014, all four units of the Tingzikou Conservancy Hub reached full power for the first time since they were put into operation. The single-day power generation reached a new high, reaching 20.199 million kilowatt hours. .
