Second, the Portuguese study visa processing process
1. Go to Weibo and WeChat of the Portuguese Embassy in China to find the list of materials for studying in Portugal.
Note: The materials found on Baidu are all Schengen visa centers, which are suitable for short-term, and the list of materials is only applicable to tourism, visiting friends, work and cultural visits.
2. Immediately after getting the bill of materials, start looking for strategies and various precautions, and update the information in time.
3. After the materials are ready and arranged in the order required by the visa list, you need to go to the Portuguese Consulate in Shanghai in person. (You need to make an appointment, remember)
4. Buy a plane ticket and book accommodation after getting a visa.
Note: Notarial certificate takes the longest time and needs the most preparation time. Because the scholarship materials are troublesome, item 18 is directly ignored. It takes more than one and a half months to apply for a certificate and a double certificate, and it takes longer to go back to the place where the household registration is located.
Tips: The materials waiting for notarization, double authentication and signature are in the process of review.
1. You can observe the ticket price, but don't buy it!
Looking for a house in Portugal
3. Prepare luggage for Portugal
4. Learn basic Portuguese
Three. Matters needing attention in handling Portuguese study visa
1. Needless to say, download the application form in official website. Prepare more photos of visas and tell the people in the studio to use Portuguese visas.
Passport is the most important thing, and it is also the prerequisite for applying for a visa. If yes, please confirm whether your passport has enough blank visa pages and validity period.
3. Copy of academic exchange memorandum issued by Chinese and Portuguese universities respectively (Chinese) and original letter of admission (Portugal). Note the differences in the required properties of these two files. The memorandum of academic exchange is an agreement between two universities. The admission notice needs to be provided by the Portuguese side. Please send it at least two months in advance. It takes only one week for international express mail and more than one month for ordinary mail. Never ask for express delivery, not ordinary mail. You can propose to pay the postage yourself. Of course, it is best to pay by another school. )
4. The consent letter issued by the Chinese side, the organization code of the school, and the proof of attendance (notarized certificate and double authentication are required) are issued by the school-ask international exchange office.
5. Both the air ticket reservation form and the hotel reservation performance can be done now. Basically, the electronic version can be published in one day, and then printed, so this can be saved for the last. (See Annex 1 for the hotel reservation form, or both can be handled through Ctrip customer service).
6. You need to buy insurance according to the check-in date. You can go to an insurance company or an online insurance company. PS: Because it is overseas insurance, you must pay attention to whether the insurance covers the country you are going to, and it must be the insurance for Schengen visa.
7. Bank deposit certificate. When you go to the bank, bring your ID card, passbook or bank card and go to the bank where the deposit is located to find the counter (from Monday to Friday, the president will not go to work on weekends and can't stamp). The freezing time is filled by the customer himself, even if it is filled for one day, the bank can handle it; At the same time, although the embassy does not specify the deposit amount, it is generally recommended to produce a deposit certificate of more than 654.38 million yuan.
8. Original and photocopy of the household registration book, in English. The household registration book needs to be brought, and the visa officer will take away the copy and translation at a glance. There are templates online, so pay attention to identification. Some translators are amateurs.
9. Parents' on-the-job business license or organization code can be issued by parents looking for a unit. If the unit needs a certificate, it can be issued by international exchange office.
10. Parents' bank statement and its translation. There are no materials provided by the embassy in the list of materials, but they need the materials provided by us. Find a bank card with many parents and open it at the counter. You can choose to find a template online to translate it yourself or find someone to translate it in Taobao.
1 1. Baidu searches Europass website with templates, which can automatically generate resumes, select the format you need, such as WORD or PDF, and then translate them into Chinese on the English resume template.
12. The notarial certificate should be double-certified. It is clear that the notarial certificate and the double-certified notarial certificate need to be handled at the domestic notary office with the seal of each unit. Double certification means that after completing the certification procedures of the Consular Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of China or the foreign affairs offices of relevant provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities, the embassy (consulate) of the country is certified by using a notarial certificate (that is, notarization). This practice requires two certifications. It is often called double authentication-from Baidu.
