To formulate grain storage, infrastructure planning and related annual plans; Responsible for the management of provincial grain reserves, and the qualification of provincial grain reserves entrusted for storage; Formulate the management system of provincial grain reserve inventory and rotation; Formulate and organize the implementation of the annual rotation plan for provincial grain reserves in conjunction with relevant departments; To undertake the acceptance and preliminary examination of the qualification of central grain reserves entrusted by the province; Organize the research and popularization of new grain storage technology; To undertake the management and safe storage of grain reserves; Responsible for the investment statistics of grain and oil storage facilities and grain circulation infrastructure in the province; To undertake the management of national and provincial investment in grain circulation facilities projects; Supervise and inspect the management and use of grain and oil storage facilities of grain enterprises in the province; Supervise and manage the quality and safety of grain and the hygiene of raw grain in grain purchase and storage.
