Today, Pure Land Shinrikyo still believes that Qin Luan is the ancestor of Japanese monks.

According to legend, the pro-Luan master had a dream one day, dreaming of the goddess of salvation. Guanyin appeared in the image of a monk and told pro-Luan kindly and gently. I have forged a feud in my previous life, so I must make a lewd ring to pay it back in this life. Salvation Guanyin came to Du Jie to help him this time. So, Pro-Luan and Salvation Guanyin met in the hexagonal hall and made a lifelong vow.

Since then, Japanese monks have opened the road to marriage.

Today, monks have become a special profession. Temples are a kind of property of monks, handed down from generation to generation, in line with legal norms. As long as their descendants are willing, the family will continue the industry, which is not only conducive to the spread of culture, but also convenient for the management of temples. This is also a contribution to social stability and national development.

Temples are places for self-cultivation and cultivation. If the soul is pure, what does it matter to me that foreign things are complicated? Temple was originally the home of monks, foreign objects and spiritual world. If future generations can inherit their own career, they will have a better sense of belonging in their later years and feel more at ease about what happens after their death.
