The starting point of this section is located at the junction of wugang city and Biyang County, with a total length of 44.922 kilometers. It successively intersects with provincial highways 234, 333 and 334, ends at Tongshan Lake in the southeast of Biyang County, and intersects with Zhumadian-Biyang Expressway.

Biyang-Tongbai section (opened to traffic)

It was learned from the highway management department of Henan Province that on June 22nd, 2007, Biyang-Tongbai Expressway in the south of Henan Province was completed and opened to traffic, which established a fast connection channel for Beijing-Zhuhai Expressway, Shanghai-Shaanxi Expressway and G3 12 national and provincial trunk highways.

Henan Biyang-Tongbai Expressway starts from Magutian Township, southeast of Biyang County, Henan Province, connects with Zhumadian-Biyang Expressway, connects with Xinyang-Nanyang section of Shanghai-Shaanxi Expressway, intersects with S206 line and G3 12 line in the south, crosses the Huaihe River, ends at the junction of Chushandian and Henan-Hubei provinces in southeast of Tongbai County, and connects with Suizhou-Yueyang Expressway in Hubei Province, with a total length of 36.389 kilometers and a total investment of 655.
