Luxembourg immigration conditions

According to the laws of Luxembourg, foreign legal persons or natural persons (outside the Schengen countries of the European Union) can register a company in Luxembourg with a minimum registered capital of 25,000 euros. Company managers and their families can obtain the employer's long-term residence permit (generally, the residence is approved for one year and can be renewed for five years later). After three years of normal operation in Luxembourg, the company can obtain a permanent green card under the age of 55.

Basic conditions:

1. is a company legal person, or a shareholder or a person with more than three years of senior management experience.

2. Personal assets are above RMB 800,000.

3. The bank deposit is more than 250,000 yuan.

4. Good health and no criminal record.

Iceland:

1) Life

Applicants should have lived in Iceland for 7 years and residents of Nordic countries for 4 years;

The spouse of an Icelandic citizen or a person whose marriage relationship with an Icelandic citizen is recognized may apply for Icelandic citizenship. If an Icelandic citizen has obtained Icelandic citizenship for more than five years, the person concerned must have lived in Iceland for more than three years from the time of establishing the marriage relationship;

A person who has established a cohabitation relationship with an Icelandic citizen and registered with an official institution applies for Icelandic citizenship. If an Icelandic citizen has obtained Icelandic citizenship for more than 5 years, the applicant must have lived in Iceland for 5 years from the time when the cohabitation relationship is established, and both cohabiting parties must be unmarried;

People whose parents are Icelandic citizens apply for Icelandic citizenship. If his/her parents have obtained Icelandic citizenship for more than 5 years, the applicant must live in Iceland for 2 years;

Citizens of other countries who are originally from Iceland must live in Iceland for 1 year to apply for Icelandic citizenship;

Asylum seekers who meet the requirements of the Refugee Convention of July 28th 195 1 apply for Icelandic citizenship and need to live in Iceland for at least 5 years;

All the above conditions are based on ice settlement and continuous residence. Those who meet the following conditions are not included: those who stop living in the ice area for less than l years due to inevitable reasons such as short-term work or illness of relatives; Due to the interruption of studying abroad, I lived in the ice for less than 3 years. However, the applicant's residence and continuous residence in ice shall not be less than the minimum period stipulated in the above clause.

2) Other requirements

There should be two trustworthy people to prove that the applicant has the ability to work and enjoys a good reputation in the area where he lives;

In the application materials provided by the applicant, it must be indicated that the applicant should have the ability to stand on his own feet in the snow and ice, and has not received financial support from the local government within two years before the application;

The applicant has no criminal detention or imprisonment record, and has not been investigated by the judicial system for any suspected or accused criminal acts.

If a child born in Iceland does not automatically acquire another nationality at birth, has no right to acquire another nationality or naturalization before submitting an application for naturalization, and has settled and lived in Iceland for more than three years, the Minister of Justice may issue him Icelandic citizenship.
