Where is the student's native place?

Students' place of origin is generally written in the household registration book.

My native place, where my grandfather lived when I was born, was registered in the county-level administrative division. If you can't determine your grandfather's place of residence, follow your father's place of origin; If you can't determine the father's birthplace, register the birthplace. If the father is a foreigner or the father's information is not recorded in the birth medical certificate, the mother's native place shall prevail.

If the place of birth of the abandoned baby is unknown, it shall be registered by the county-level administrative division where the adopter was born or where the adoption agency is located. The name of the country registered by foreigners who have been approved to become citizens of People's Republic of China (PRC) before naturalization.

When filling in the place of origin, the following points should be noted:

(1). Generally, it is enough to fill in the place of birth and write the county level, such as Pudong District in Shanghai or Funan County in Anhui Province.

(2) Abbreviations of provinces, municipalities, municipalities directly under the Central Government or autonomous regions, such as Shanghai or Zhejiang.

(3) Native place refers to the place where ancestors lived or the birthplace of individuals, not the place where they live now.

(4) The native place is not the place where the household registration book is located. For example, I was born in Hunan before, but my hukou moved to Beijing, and my native place is still Hunan.

(5), the native place is generally from the father's family, and the individual is from the mother's family, depending on personal reasons.
