Where is the way out for the national football team?

The way out for the national football team is not in the national football team itself, but in youth training, a complete youth football training system, where there is a way out, there is no way out.

how to build a youth training system requires top-level design and implementation. for top-level design, the state has issued relevant documents and policies on football reform several years ago. For the implementation, all localities need a periodic time. For example, it takes at least 1 years for a young football player to become a talent and serve the country.

Therefore, the earliest 224, the latest 228, China football will know whether it is successful or not!

To improve the football level in China, I personally think that we should do the following:

First, we should start with grass-roots football, reform the football association system in grass-roots areas, establish training bases extensively, formulate a unified national training plan and provide financial support from the state. The purpose of this step is to cultivate young people's interest in football, provide them with a good sports environment, select potential players from it, and provide two-way choice opportunities for young players and professional football clubs. And this step is difficult for us to do at present.

second, contact and coordinate the club, and push the club to attach importance to and develop youth football through the policies formulated by the Football Association. China Football Association requires that the teams used in the Super League, the First Division and the Second Division must set up their own youth training centers, otherwise they will be disqualified from participating in the league! At the same time, the youth training center needs to be equipped with full-time coaches, boarding schools and adequate venues and other infrastructure. At present, several clubs have their own complete youth training centers, and the China Football Association must establish a complete youth training system!

thirdly, cooperate with schools to establish a dual-track system, so as to cultivate all-round skills of players from an early age and provide full guarantee for their integration into social life in the future. Football schools and youth training centers cooperate with schools to cultivate children's abilities and interests in cultural knowledge, practical ability and technical skills, so as to ensure that children who cannot become professional players can also find their place in society. This is something that we need to solve urgently. Many outstanding poor children are denied the opportunity to play football because of the high tuition fees. Even if they have a certain economic foundation, talented children should provide adequate protection for their future integration into society. If this is not done well, who is willing to send their children to play football?

At the same time, the youth training plan should also change our country's attitude towards the descendants of immigrants to the maximum extent. We must adopt an inclusive attitude and actively accept the participation of skilled players, including the training and selection of outstanding players from ethnic minorities such as Koreans and Tibetans.

At the national level, it is hoped that infrastructure construction can be done well in an all-round way to provide favorable conditions for popularizing football at the grassroots level. The China Football Association must issue a solid and effective three-,five-and ten-year plan! China's football should not encourage others, nor be eager for quick success. We should do a solid job in basic work and vigorously develop the youth training system. I think China's football will make a qualitative leap!

the road is under your feet.
