The consequences of the company's non-cancellation are: 1. If the company is not cancelled and the legal person qualification is not eliminated, shareholders, as liquidation obligors, need to participate in civil litigation activities on behalf of the company during the liquidation period; 2. According to Article 68 of the Civil Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), if a legal person is liquidated according to law and goes through the cancellation of registration for one of the following reasons, it shall be terminated: (1) The legal person is dissolved; (2) The legal person is declared bankrupt; (3) Other reasons prescribed by law.

Where laws and administrative regulations stipulate that the termination of a legal person shall be approved by the relevant authorities, such provisions shall prevail.
