Common materials for visa processing in Italy
1. Application Form
Please fill in the application form carefully in English or Italian (applications filled in Chinese Pinyin are not accepted). If the applicant is a citizen of China, please sign in Chinese and attach a two-inch color recent photo to the application form.
2. Passport
A valid passport should be valid for at least 90 days after the visa expires. Passport must have the Chinese signature of the passport holder and a copy of the passport basic information page (with photo page attached). If the applicant holds the same type of expired passport or other types of passports (whether expired or not), please show them when applying for a visa.
If there are other visas in your passport, please submit a copy of the visa page.

4. The university registration certificate shall include:

? What is the language of instruction? Indicate whether the course includes Italian training.
? Start Date and Course Duration

5. Highest academic certificate and college entrance examination qualification certificate: free study abroad evaluation form and free immigration evaluation form.
Please show the original diploma when you apply for a visa at the window, translate the copy into Italian, and submit it to the visa office after being certified by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of China.
6. Equivalent academic certificate:
Please show the original equivalent diploma issued by the Consular Section of the Italian Embassy and provide a copy.
Note: The Consular Section of the Embassy needs a notarial certificate of the highest education and college entrance examination education in order to issue a certificate of equivalent academic qualifications. Please translate it into Italian and go to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of China for certification.
7. Certificate:
If you have Italian or English training certificates or other training certificates related to the courses that students will study in Italy, please provide them.

8. Letter of introduction:
If the applicant is a student
Please provide the original letter of introduction from your parents' company or institution in China. The letter of introduction should be issued on company stationery, stamped with official seal and signed by the person in charge. Letter of introduction must include parents' address, telephone number, fax number, job position and salary;
If the parents are private enterprise owners, please show the original business license of the company and provide a copy when applying for a visa;
