What are the conditions for American undergraduate students to receive financial aid? Do China students have a chance to get it?

The grant is divided into three parts: scholarship/grant, grant/grant and loan/loan.

Grants and loans are provided to American residents. There is no chance for international students from China to come to the United States, but there are China students with American green cards.
