The applicant shall, within 90 days before the expiration of the validity period, apply for renewal of the motor vehicle driver's license at the vehicle management office where the motor vehicle driver's license is issued. The difference between the replacement procedures of household registration personnel in Hong Kong lies in the identity certificate, which is explained below.

To apply for a replacement of a motor vehicle driver's license upon expiration, the following conditions shall be met:

(a) no record of 12, overdue verification, detention, withholding, cancellation, revocation or revocation of motor vehicle driver's license;

(two) there is no illegal act of road traffic safety, and the traffic accident has not been dealt with;

Required information:

(a) the original application form for motor vehicle driver's license;

(two) the identity certificate and a copy of the motor vehicle driver;

(3) A certificate of physical condition issued by a medical institution at or above the county level or at the regiment level;

(four) the original motor vehicle driver's license;

(5) Recently, there are 4 bareheaded half-length color ID photos with white background.

The identity certificates of the residents of Hong Kong and Macao Special Administrative Regions are Hong Kong and Macao residents' passes to and from the Mainland or Hong Kong and Macao compatriots' Home Visit Certificates held at the time of entry, Hong Kong and Macao residents' identity cards and residence and temporary residence certificates issued by public security organs.
