What do you think is the difference between the exit-entry administration and the immigration company?

The Exit-Entry Administration is a national government agency, which is responsible for issuing exit-entry documents directly to China citizens and foreigners coming to China, and formulating exit-entry laws and regulations. Immigration companies can assist customers to apply for entry and exit documents, but they have no right to directly issue entry and exit documents to customers, nor to formulate entry and exit laws and regulations. Immigration agencies are supervised and managed by entry and exit administration departments.
