How to apply for a Ukrainian passport

Ukraine is the largest country in Europe after Russia. Chinese citizens traveling to Ukraine must hold a passport that is allowed to enter Ukraine. The passport of the People's Republic of China is a document issued by the Chinese government to Chinese citizens to prove their nationality and identity when entering and leaving the country (territory) and traveling or staying outside the country (territory). It is divided into: diplomatic passport, official passport, Ordinary passport and SAR passport. For individual (group) travel, you only need to apply for an ordinary passport. The validity period of an ordinary passport does not exceed ten years, and you can apply for replacement 6 months before the expiration date. Destination countries for outbound travel generally require passports to be valid for more than 6 months.

Required materials (1) A recent bare-headed photo and a completed "Application Form for Chinese Citizens Going Abroad for Private Purposes"; (2) Resident ID card and household register and copies; During the period of collecting, renewing or replacing the ID card, you can submit the temporary resident ID card and household register and their copies; (3) Citizens under the age of 16 should be accompanied by their guardians and submit a letter of consent issued by their guardians to leave the country. Opinions, guardian's resident ID card or household registration book, passport and copy; (4) National staff should, in accordance with relevant regulations, submit a certificate of consent to leave the country issued by their work unit or superior supervisory unit after approval in accordance with personnel management authority; ( 5) Other materials required to be submitted by the exit-entry administration agency of the public security organ of the provincial-level local people's government for approval by the exit-entry administration agency of the Ministry of Public Security. (6) Active duty military personnel apply for ordinary passports. After completing the approval procedures in accordance with the administrative authority, they shall submit the application in person to the exit and entry management agency of the public security organ of the local people's government at or above the county level where the army is stationed.

Fee: Ordinary passports are 160 yuan each; if you need to reissue an ordinary passport for personal reasons due to loss, the fee is 160 yuan each.

Remarks 1. Passport application policies vary from place to place. It is recommended to call in advance for detailed information. 2. The applicant needs to submit the application in person at the entry-exit permit hall, and cannot entrust an agent to handle the application. 3. Ordinary passports are valid for five years for those under 16 years old, and ten-year passports for those over 16 years old (inclusive). 4. Areas that require online reservation application need to submit the application online first. After the reservation is successful, go to the reservation location according to the reservation time. It is recommended to call in advance to inquire whether online reservation is required. 5. Preparing the required application materials in advance is the key to applying for a passport efficiently. 6. Generally, the application will be processed within fifteen days from the date of receipt of the application materials; if the corresponding expedited certification materials are provided, the exit and entry management agency of the public security organ will expedite the processing.
