How to apply for a Ukrainian passport

Ukraine is the largest country in Europe after Russia. Chinese citizens traveling to Ukraine must hold a passport that is allowed to enter Ukraine. Required materials (1) A recent bare-headed photo and a completed "Application Form for Chinese Citizens Going Abroad for Private Purposes"; (2) Resident ID card and household register and copies; During the period of collecting, renewing or replacing the ID card, you can submit the temporary resident ID card and household register and their copies; (3) Citizens under the age of 16 should be accompanied by their guardians and submit a letter of consent issued by their guardians to leave the country. Opinions, guardian's resident ID card or household registration book, passport and copy; (4) National staff should, in accordance with relevant regulations, submit a certificate of consent to leave the country issued by their work unit or superior supervisory unit after approval in accordance with personnel management authority; ( 5) Other materials required to be submitted by the exit-entry administration agency of the public security organ of the provincial-level local people's government for approval by the exit-entry administration agency of the Ministry of Public Security. (6) Active duty military personnel apply for ordinary passports. After completing the approval procedures in accordance with the administrative authority, they shall submit the application in person to the exit and entry management agency of the public security organ of the local people's government at or above the county level where the army is stationed.

Fee: Ordinary passports are 160 yuan each; if you need to reissue an ordinary passport for personal reasons due to loss, the fee is 160 yuan each.
