Get a passport first and go to the exit-entry management center where the account is located. Check the information and photos in advance and bring them online. It will take about two weeks to get it.

Then go to the entry and exit hall to apply for a visa. You can also ask your travel agency. Some of them can help you, but they will charge you. If you really don't understand, let the travel agency do it.
