Requirements for high school students immigrating to the United States to take the UCLA exam

From the perspective of the high school graduates I taught in Los Angeles, most of the students admitted to UCLA every year have very high GPA scores and the top students in the school, but not all of them have SAT scores above 2000. However, relatively speaking, the threshold for Asian students to apply for UCLA is much higher, and it is easiest for Mexican students to apply.
