My steps to immigrate to the United States

American immigration application process

1. Choose the immigration project that suits you and prepare the application materials as required.

2. Deposit a specified amount in the supervision account, generally 530,000-540,000 USD.

3. Submit a complete set of application materials such as immigration application form to the US Immigration Bureau.

4. If the applicant is approved by the US Immigration Service, the supervision account will release investment funds to the US project. If the application is rejected, the regulatory bank will fully refund the investment funds to the applicant.

5. The applicant applied to the embassy for an interview. Applicants who pass the interview will be granted a conditional permanent resident visa for two years. If the interview fails, the investment amount will be returned to the applicant after deducting the corresponding administrative expenses.

6. Applicants who have obtained a conditional visa and their families will go to the United States within 180 days after obtaining the visa.

7. After going through the immigration formalities at the airport, you will get a conditional green card valid for two years within 2-3 months.

8. 90 days before the expiration of two years in the United States, you can apply for termination conditions.

9. The conditions are lifted, and the immigrant friends get unconditional permanent resident visas. As far as conditional green cards are concerned, if you have a green card for five years and have lived in the United States for two and a half years, you are eligible to apply for American citizenship.
