Bao Jingcun is the contact point of He Longjun's precise poverty alleviation. Through investigation, it is found that Xiangyun Breeding Cooperative is a sheep-raising enterprise, covering an area of 8 mu, with a sheepfold 1.300 square meters, and 600 sheep in stock every year. There are 50 mu of farmland and 80 mu of fish ponds under the farm, and there are more than 20 farmers around. In order to solve environmental pollution and supply gas to surrounding farmers, it is urgent to build small biogas digesters.

There are 7 groups of poultry breeding cooperatives in Shu Qiao Village, with a total investment of more than RMB 1.3 million, covering an area of 1 mu, building chicken coops 1 building 1.0 square meters and raising more than 50,000 laying hens 1.5. Cooperatives have driven poor households around to develop poultry farming. Because the chicken manure in the farm has not been effectively treated, on the one hand, it pollutes the surrounding environment, on the other hand, it leads to the failure of the "environmental assessment" of the farm.

Dai Shuping instructed the relevant persons in charge of the County People's Congress Office and the County Agriculture Bureau to actively help livestock and poultry farms to strive for rural biogas projects, solve the environmental pollution problem caused by chicken manure and realize comprehensive utilization of resources. At the same time, help solve the problem of domestic gas consumption of more than 20 farmers around, and help cooperatives pass the "environmental assessment".
