To register for the IELTS test, you must complete the following steps in order:

The first step: register with the examination center of the Ministry of Education as a system user for online registration.

If you have never used the online registration system of IELTS test in the Examination Center of the Ministry of Education, you must register as a user first. When you submit the required information, you will get a NEEA user ID number assigned to you by the registration system of the Examination Center of the Ministry of Education. Step 2: Pre-store the examination fee.

The IELTS registration process stipulates that candidates must pay all the examination fees before they can choose the examination position. After registering as a NEEA user, every time you enter the "My Status" page, the system will display the payment status of candidates, and candidates can view the examination positions. At the same time, candidates can also see the payment link. Clicking on the payment link will guide you through the payment process.

Step 3: Choose the examination location.

When you successfully deposit the examination fee into your account in the online registration system of the Examination Center of the Ministry of Education, the "My Status" page will display your account balance. Only when the balance is greater than or equal to the examination fee can candidates choose the examination position.

Click to select an examination post, and you will see the page corresponding to the registration time of the examination date, as well as the button of "academic class" or/and "training class". Click the "Academic" or "Training" button, and you can reserve a seat. If you can't click the button, it means that the category is full or the IELTS test of the corresponding category has not been held. Please note: Before the registration deadline, previously unavailable buttons may be reactivated because other candidates canceled their reservations. It is recommended to visit this page frequently.

After clicking the "Academic Class" or "Training Class" button, the test center selection is completed, and the information of the current status can be displayed on the "My Status" page, including the name of the IELTS test center, the test date, your registration ID and the amount of test fees to be paid. Click the two buttons of filling in the registration form, confirming payment and canceling reservation, and you can choose to enter the next step.

If you click the button to fill in the application form and confirm the payment, you will see the IELTS application form. When you fill in the registration form and submit it, you will be prompted to confirm the payment of IELTS test fee.

If you click the Cancel Appointment button, the system will cancel the examination position you selected. In this case, the system will not deduct your examination fee from your NEEA account.

Step 4: Fill in the registration form and confirm the payment.

After selecting the examination position, there is a button to fill in the registration form and confirm the payment on the "My Status" webpage. Click this button and you can fill in the IELTS registration form.

Before entering the IELTS registration form page, you must read the IELTS candidates' instructions in detail. After reading it, click the button next to "I have read the above instructions and agree to fully abide by the above terms". If you refuse to click this button, you will not be able to continue the registration process.

Please follow the instructions on the screen when you see the IELTS application form. Please note that the system does not allow you to enter your name, gender, birthday, ID number, test date and test center repeatedly, because you have already entered the above information.

When you complete the IELTS registration form, click the submit button and accept the candidate's statement. After that, the system will guide you to the "Payment with Balance" page, display your balance, and prompt you to confirm the payment of the examination fee. After you confirm to pay the examination fee, you have completed all the registration steps. At this time, the system will guide you into "my state". If necessary, you can choose to click the following buttons: modify the registration form; Transfer to the exam; Cancel the registration and refund part of the fee.
