Which six cities in Canada are the most attractive to new immigrants?

Vancouver, Toronto, Montreal, Ottawa, Calgary, Edmonton. It should be these six.

However, because of the drop in oil prices, Calgary and Etimonton, whose only selling points are energy industries, are not as attractive to new immigrants as before.
