What are Owen's experiences?

Owen's ideal about the labor commune is beautiful. He tried his best to put it into practice, as if he could eliminate the capitalist system that violated reason by relying on the power of reason. Owen once proposed a reform plan to the US Congress, made numerous appeals to European countries, and even directly expressed his feelings to the Queen of England. But all this has no result.
