New changes are taking place in the balance of international power, new profound adjustments have taken place in the relations between major powers, new growth has taken place in the world economy, regional cooperation is in the ascendant, and interdependence among countries has deepened. Seeking peace, development and cooperation has become an irresistible historical trend. However, hegemonism and unilateralism have also made new progress. Struggles around strategic locations, strategic resources and strategic dominance have come and gone, the imbalance of world economic development has intensified, and economic security is facing new problems.
