If you are already in the United States, you can go to a designated hospital near your address. Hospitals and doctors accredited by Https://my.uscis.gov/findadoctor, Immigration Bureau can be found on this website. Just enter the postal code or address. You can prepare the vaccine certificate issued by China in advance, preferably in English, and you don't need Chinese, so you don't have to fight again in the United States. Note: The valid period of immigration physical examination is 12 months, after which the physical examination will be repeated.

You can go to the following designated hospitals for physical examination. We don't accept medical reports from non-designated hospitals. You must go to the hospital for a physical examination before the date of the visa issue. Everyone who has a medical examination should carry a passport and four visa photos.

Note: Relevant regulations on hospital inspection:

1, the hospital stipulates that you can't register for physical examination after1in the morning and after 4 pm, so it's too late to go for physical examination! ! It is best to arrive before 9 am and 2 pm. The physical examination time is about 1 half an hour to 2 hours, depending on the situation at that time. The hospital is closed on Saturday afternoon and Sunday.

It's best to wear clothes with open front, which is convenient to put on. Don't wear clothes at the beginning, because some items need to be stripped off during the physical examination. Take off your coat for ECG, expose your stomach for B-ultrasound, and take off your coat and bra for chest X-ray, and then put on their clothes (if your clothes are not open to the front or there are metal pieces on your T-shirt, etc. Wearing a cotton shirt without a metal pattern will save trouble under X-ray, so don't bring the necklace.
