How long will it take to immigrate to Spain for permanent residence?

Application conditions:

1. The main applicant must be at least 18 years old;

2. No criminal record;

3. Buy one or more properties with a total price of more than 500,000 euros in Spain;

4. All applicants need to purchase private medical insurance recognized by the government;

Renewal requirements:

The applicant must keep the purchased investment project for 5 years;

The applicant must land in Spain to renew his 1 year residence visa for 2 years before it expires. After 2 years, log in and update the residence card for 5 years, and then update it every 5 years. (i.e. 1+2+5+5 ...);

Need to ensure that there is a living guarantee of 40,000 euros /2 years in a Spanish bank account (a family of three);

All applicants must have private medical insurance.
