Do I have to submit the originals of all the materials when applying for the Taiwan Province Entry Permit?

4. The reason for the mainland pass to and from Taiwan and the endorsement is "G" (individual tour) pass endorsement page.

I need to apply to the entry-exit administration with my household registration book, ID card and photo.

5. Qualification documents (copies of the attached documents shall be signed or sealed by the applicant):

Remarks:

1. If the applicant is a student over 18 years old, he/she shall provide a student ID card and proof of attending the school, and if he/she is under 20 years old, he/she shall obtain the consent of his/her immediate family.
