Applying for a Guatemalan passport has become quite popular recently. Why?

3. Visa application process

The visa applicant determines the purpose of going to Guatemala and the itinerary plan;

The Guatemalan guarantor or inviter shall submit the application to the Guatemalan Ministry of Interior The Immigration Bureau applies for a visa and sends the issued visa to the applicant.

4. Materials required for visa application

Passport (valid for at least 6 months);

1 passport photo;

A copy of the ticket order or itinerary issued by the airline or travel agency showing the specific travel dates and a description of the travel plans;

Bank statements for the past three months to show sufficient funds;

If applying for a business visa, an invitation letter is also required. The invitation letter must be printed on the unit's letterhead and signed by the person in charge of the unit. The invitation letter must contain the following content:

(1) A brief introduction of the applicant (employment status/position);

(2) Description of the business activities to be carried out (such as a business meeting) and the name and address of the contact company in Guatemala;

(3) The type of visa applied for and the validity period of the visa (such as a one-year multiple-entry visa)

(4) Ensure that there are sufficient Funds;

If you apply for a business visa, you must also provide a dispatch letter issued by a Chinese dispatch company. This dispatch letter must be printed on company letterhead and signed by the relevant person in charge. This letter needs to contain the same information as the invitation letter.

A copy of the business license of the Chinese dispatch company or hiring company with the corresponding translation.
